Could the use of the term "buddy" be used because Don is relieved to have gotten his statement out of his system? It seems he begins his statement the way he might speak to the police, but transitions into talking for the sake of talking. I sent Mark Williams Thomas an email (again) and actually this time received a reply telling me the email had been forwarded to him. As he clearly doesn't care, I therefore accuse him of working for the establishment as a disinformation agent and a cover -up asset, and lying pos; on sensitive cases to prevent the truth being learned by the general public. That is why he is so loathed to correspond properly with me. I have a ton of compromising info on him! He is very welcome to sue me because if he doesn't soon, I am going to start investigating these morons like they will not possibly believe.
